docs: replace the removed duoshuo gravatar source (#499)

`GRAVATAR_SOURCE = duoshuo` is removed in Gitea 1.28, that service shut down in 2017. `libravatar` is a long-standing alias that was never documented.

Matches the wording in `custom/conf/app.example.ini`.
