Gitea Bot 7029ff0d42 Update the runner reference pages (#528) 
Automated update of the generated runner reference pages from gitea/runner (main for the develop docs, the newest stable tag for every documented series), opened by the "update runner reference" scheduled workflow.

Lunny Xiao a1ef3a26ef Remove duplicated runner docs (#479) 
The `usage/actions/runner` has duplicated runner documentations as `/runner`. This PR remove the duplicated content and leave obtain registry token in `usage/actions/runner` and runner install/configurations in `/runner`.
