silverwind	c3d9115328	docs: update defaults changed by the install page refactor (#565) ... https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/39400 made registration disabled by default, switched the session provider default to `file`, and derives `SSH_DOMAIN` and `NO_REPLY_ADDRESS` from `ROOT_URL` now that `[server] DOMAIN` is gone. Updates the next and v28 cheat sheets with the wording from `app.example.ini` in https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/39456.
