List the milestones of a repository: open ones first, then by due date.

  -h, --help           help for list
  -L, --limit int      Maximum number of results (1..1000) (default 30)
      --page int       Result page (default 1)
  -s, --state string   Filter by state {open|closed|all} (default "open")
