79faf5e55d fix: empty root-owned bind workspaces for non-root runners (#1399)
A job running as root leaves root-owned files in the bind-mounted workspace. A non-root runner on Linux cannot remove them, so workspaces pile up with only a warning. Such a runner now empties the workspace as root from inside the job container, right before removing the container. Root runners and Docker Desktop already remove these files themselves and skip this.

The workspace is only emptied when it is exactly the runner's own mountpoint with no mount below it. Otherwise, or when the command fails, the existing removal and warning apply. Jobs of a reusable workflow share the workspace, so they are not covered and still end in the existing warning.

Lunny Xiaoandbircni e0ef637805 refactor(logging): replace the logrus backend with log/slog (#1304)
Log through `log/slog`, with a console `slog.Handler` that writes the text the runner has always written (sorted `key=value` fields on a plain stream, a colored prefix on a terminal), so nothing changes for users. I compared its output byte for byte with logrus's `TextFormatter` over plain, colored, timestamped and caller cases.

Why not `slog.TextHandler`: its output differs from what users and their log parsers see today, and `ReplaceAttr` cannot close the gap.
- level is `WARN` where logrus wrote `warning`, and time has milliseconds and no quotes
- fields keep call order instead of being sorted
- the caller is one `source=` key, where the runner writes `func=` and `file=` (reshaped by `callPrettyfier`), and `ReplaceAttr` returns a single attribute
- no colored prefix on a terminal
- no hook to rewrite a whole formatted line, which the process-wide secret masking relies on

Libraries that log through logrus's global logger (the workflow model, the Docker client) are forwarded to the process-wide logger, so they keep following its level, format and secret masking. This is why logrus stays in `go.mod`.

bircniandsilverwind e6c7ba3a15 feat: add job hooks (#1111)
Adds `runner.hooks.job_started` and `runner.hooks.job_completed`: operator scripts that run inside the job environment, before the job's first step and after its last one.

```yaml
runner:
  hooks:
    job_started: /hooks/started.sh
    job_completed: /hooks/completed.sh
```

Equivalent to GitHub's `ACTIONS_RUNNER_HOOK_JOB_STARTED` / `ACTIONS_RUNNER_HOOK_JOB_COMPLETED`, which are read when unset: output is scanned for workflow commands, `$GITHUB_ENV` and `$GITHUB_PATH` are read back, and a non-zero exit fails the job.

Nicolas 007717956a feat: Add optional runner.post_task_script hook after task cleanup (#1026)
- Adds `runner.post_task_script` and `runner.post_task_script_timeout` (default `5m`) to run a host executable after each task’s built-in cleanup (post-steps, container teardown, bind-workdir removal).
- Stops task heartbeats via `Reporter.StopHeartbeats()` while the script runs so Gitea won’t assign overlapping work; the final task acknowledgement still happens in `reporter.Close()`.
- Script output goes to the runner process log; non-zero exits are warned only and do not change the job result.
- Documents lifecycle, offline behavior, timeouts, and Windows limits (`.ps1` not supported yet) in `docs/post-task-script.md`.
