* Add DuckDB VBA to Integrations

Add DuckDB VBA to the Integrations section.

DuckDB VBA provides an Excel/VBA integration for DuckDB using the native DuckDB C API through a lightweight DLL bridge. It enables DuckDB SQL analytics directly from VBA and supports Range/Array ingestion, dictionary lookups, Parquet/CSV/JSON workflows, SQLite/PostgreSQL connectivity, and Access-to-DuckDB migration.
