Add Unwrap (browser-based explorer for CSV/JSON/Excel/ZIP exports) (#385)

* Add Unwrap (browser-based explorer for CSV/JSON/Excel/ZIP exports)

Adds Unwrap to Data Exploration & Visualization > Free (Proprietary / Source-Available).

Unwrap is a browser tool for opening unfamiliar data exports (CSV, JSON, Excel, ZIP archives). Files are parsed and profiled locally; DuckDB runs in the browser as the in-memory workspace for detected tables, so nothing is uploaded.

Disclosure: I built Unwrap. It is free to use, not open source.

Privacy / processing details: https://unwrap.tools/privacy/

* Fix formatting issue in Unwrap entry in README
