Add Bash and Zsh completion scripts (#22646)

Browse Source 
This PR adds contrib scripts for bash and zsh completion.

Simply call:

```bash
source contrib/autocompletion/bash_autocomplete
```

or for Zsh:

```bash
source contrib/autocompletion/zsh_autocomplete
```
