docs: update GO_GET_CLONE_URL_PROTOCOL default (#580)

Copy the new `app.example.ini` wording from https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/39674, backported in https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/39676. `GO_GET_CLONE_URL_PROTOCOL` now defaults to ssh when `DISABLE_HTTP_GIT` is enabled.
