Documents https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/39894 for main and 28. Workflows can request a shorter artifact retention, down to 1 day, and `github.retention_days` carries `ARTIFACT_RETENTION_DAYS`, empty when artifacts are kept forever.

The cheat sheet lists `/img/repo_default.png` as the `REPOSITORY_AVATAR_FALLBACK_IMAGE` default, but public files moved under `/assets` in Gitea 1.15 (https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/15219 ), so that path 404s. Like `app.example.ini` in https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/39514 , document the default as empty, falling back to Gitea's builtin repository avatar, and note that a custom value is used as-is without the sub-path. Applies to all documented versions and translations.

docs: update the SSH_SERVER_HOST_KEYS default and generated keys ( #566 )

Since https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/33974 (1.27), `SSH_SERVER_HOST_KEYS` defaults to `ssh/gitea.rsa, ssh/gitea.ed25519, ssh/gitea.ecdsa, ssh/gogs.rsa`. When none of the keys exist, Gitea generates 4096 bit RSA, 256 bit ECDSA and ED25519 keys instead of RSA alone. This updates next, 28 and 1.27 in all three languages, matching https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/39500 .

Document Actions artifact previews added in https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/36754 , including supported content, authentication and sandboxing behavior, navigation, and size limits.
Also document the `ARTIFACT_PREVIEW_MAX_SIZE` configuration option so administrators can limit or disable previews.

https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/39400 made registration disabled by default, switched the session provider default to `file`, and derives `SSH_DOMAIN` and `NO_REPLY_ADDRESS` from `ROOT_URL` now that `[server] DOMAIN` is gone. Updates the next and v28 cheat sheets with the wording from `app.example.ini` in https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/39456 .
